Part 1 - He’s Easy to Talk To  This story is dedicated to my friends and followers on the old Tumblr site. Thanks, you guys for all your “likes” over the past few years. (And I wanted to just give you guys a hard-on)  As you guys may already know, I work part-time and attend school part-time. I live in a small house a relative of mine owns and rents to me for a few bucks, mainly so I can just take care of it.  One summer a year or two ago, I see the neighbors sealing their blacktop driveway. Mine is kind of beat-up and has a bad hole in one spot. I let the owner of my house know about it and that I’d be happy to help pay the price to get it fixed and sealed. She just laughed at me and said; “I’ll send a friend over Jon, you’ll just have to park in the grass tomorrow” I thanked her and felt better.  The next day a guy shows up in an old beat up pick-up truck.
