Part 1 – Try out the Gym

 

 Josh and myself where just sitting around one day, when he asked me about the best ways to “work-out”. Also, how do I get my abs that way and my chest and biceps. Part 1 - A Moving Experience   I’m one of those guys that are glad to help out friends and often do.
